What is a Sound Bath Meditation?
Sound Bath Meditation is an immersive experience where healing sounds and vibrations from instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums and chimes are used to guide you into a deep meditative state. The frequencies produced by these instruments help to balance the mind, body, and spirit, reducing stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages.

Our Sound Bath Meditation session is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, relax, and experience a deeper connection with themselves. No prior experience is necessary—simply come with an open mind and a willingness to let go.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. For groups of 10 or more, 48 hours notice of cancellation is required. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
